Mr. Pigeon has over 35 years experience in all aspects of Private land development Civil Engineering and Public Works Project planning, design, permitting and implementation. Mr. Pigeon provides both hands on project engineering and client consultation as well as oversees the operation of the company and commitments to project success. Mr. Pigeon brings to clients a level of experience and project implementation knowledge that no other civil engineer has in the Nature Coast area.

Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of field and office surveying work. Experience includes work as a party chief in responsible charge of a crew for boundary, topographic, as-built, route, right-of-way and subdivision development surveys. As an office manager/field supervisor he has supervised field crews and an office staff for all phases of project execution including records research, project planning, computations, boundary evaluation, quality control, drafting and checking, creation of preliminary and record plats for subdivision development, condominiums and lot reconfigurations.
Linda R. Pigeon, P.E
Office Manager and Project Engineering
Linda Pigeon has over 20 years of experience as project engineer and project manager for many residential land development projects, commercial and institutional site development and civil roadway/drainage design projects. Ms. Pigeon has performed all phases of civil design services, including planning, permitting and construction oversight. Projects have ranged from small stormwater systems and site plans to large scale residential subdivisions and commercial projects.
